We have been using the VeriPure® System since January 2007 and we have been very satisfied with its performance. My executive chef believes that we are saving about 2 to 3 heads of lettuce per day. That is a real savings of $1.50- $2.25 per day, or $45 - $67.50 per month. The VP has more than paid for itself since we installed it.
