I've been using the VeriPure® system for approximately 4 years. When I decided to open my restaurant I was at a food show and saw the VeriPure in action. I was sold right away. Not only from the protection side of it, but the fact that it also kills odors. I've worked in kitchens for a long time and to be able to get the smell off your hands at the end of the day was a huge selling point for me. Since I've been using it, the most important thing is "we know how WE handle the food when it comes in, but don't know how the shippers handle it." These days you can't be too careful when it comes to food safety for your customers.
